SAN FRANCISCO—Stripe, a global technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet, today announced it has acquired OpenChannel, a leading provider of app marketplace software.
OpenChannel’s software helps businesses build app ecosystems for third-party developers and users.
As part of the acquisition, OpenChannel’s team will join Stripe’s remote hubs. The team will work on ecosystem integrations for Stripe.
